The old rules (from Firstpay) that bothers you,
The new rules (from you),
Reason why you need to change the rules.
We will analyze your request and give you feedback as soon as possible. Please be aware that we might not approve your request for security reasons.

Q : How can I blacklist/whitelist my customer(s)?

A : You can do that by sending email to support@firstpay.co.id, with details below:

Your MID,
Customer(s)’ email you need to black / white list,
Reason(s) why,
And confirmation that you are responsible for getting your customer(s) black / white listed.
We will then soon do the action (black / white list) your customers(s).
